🇸🇩 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 "The Pentagon is deploying conventional forces (likely 82nd or 173rd) to Djibouti in anticipation of a potential mission to evacuate U.S Embassy personnel in Khartoum, allegedly JSOC units are already on the ground. Col. Phil Ventura, a Pentagon spokesman, said in a statement. “we are deploying additional capabilities nearby in the region for contingency purposes related to securing and potentially facilitating the departure of U.S. Embassy personnel from Sudan, if circumstances require it,” he stated. Second photo shows 15 C-17A’s flying to and from Djibouti in the last 48 hours. The United Kingdom is also allegedly deploying Royal Marines but I’m also hearing The 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment (3 PARA) as well as UKSF elements. Dutch and German forces are also being forward deployed."
