I believe it. Many need it for daily necessities and many probably figure they better pull what they can before they lose it all anyway. No one is feeling very secure about retirement accounts these days.

    If they're smart, they'll cash them all in for precious metals. I know back in the 80's when the market crashed, $16,000. of mine was just GONE. Where did it go? Who got it? Damned if I know other than it wasn't me.
