On July 30, 2015, James A. Flannery was out making a delivery when he was robbed and killed by three youths. The 59-year-old grandfather of four was working for a pizza chain after being laid off several months earlier. Sir Jeffrey Carroll, who was turning 18 that day, put in an order to be delivered to a vacant house. Jalen Hughes, who was 13, removed the "For Sale" sign from the front lawn, and 20-year-old Latrell Richey shot James in the back as he tried to get away.

    And that should be an AUTOMATIC Death Penalty - hung by the neck in the center of their town, offense! The punishment MUST fit the crime. This was premeditated MURDER, and as such should always warrant the death penalty, regardless of age.

    This might sound "mean" or "racicist" but 99% of the time you see headlines like that or that laws were broken it was done b/c of Blacks.
