    If it was in commiefornia, they could shoplift without any penalties nor do they need to repay the store. There is a dollar cap on that but I don't remember what it is.

    I think it was $900 I don't know if it's changed now or not. But they have cashiers standing around here watching people and trying to help.

    I was ill most of last fall and the winter so I signed up for their delivery service. That's that many stupid people that I don't have to be around.
