    I've seen them do it, on the side of a wall, then they wipe their hand (only the left one) vigorously in the sand, and for the grand finale, they smell it to see if it's "clean". When they cook for the gringo (that's us), they us both hands, which includes the "clean" one.

    Uuuuugh! I knew from personal experience that many Muslims don't use deodorant, but I never hear that! I would hesitate now to eat in any restaurant with Muslim cooks. They are taught to hate non-Muslims, so I don't want to even imagine what they might do with my food.
