    ‌ I totally agree. My significant other and I were in remodeling/repair for over 20 years. The ones going for these jobs today; electricians, AC repair, construction, etc., are a dying breed so those out there are really making good money because they're hard to come by anymore.

    Back in my day there was mechanics classes, construction, welding, home economics, etc. things to prepare a person for life. This is no longer the case. Your brother sounds very wise.
