Biden I've Got Nothing Left

After his crushing defeat yesterday, Broken Build Back Badly Biden is circling back to his Infrastructure Bill that was passed with Republican votes! So where did we ever hear, "Talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not?" Old Joe says, "When we invest in infrastructure, we are investing in opportunity." Joe then listed out big bucks that are going to infrastructure projects, but he forgot to tell everyone that NONE will be finished before his 1 term is finished!!
