    Not in California tax credit is .05 cents in the dollar! Facts from a mother with 2 teachers that are outraged and pissed at what is happening in their field and are fighting everyday against it. I worked 35 years in the education field and teachers do pay and reimbursement are denied daily!!!

    uhm, so they can pay the administrators more? It was like that ten years ago when I taught elementary school in the inner city. They did have grants and such that paid for computers for the students though, I used to bring my own laptop in for my class.

    The teachers in our county do not get reimbursed. Ive seen teachers buy clothes, shoes and book bags for kids here let alone paper, pencils etc. I always tried getting a gift card for staples or walmart so it will help
