    I know some Walmarts have a phone repair shop in them and they will change it for you. I took mine in before and it was just fine. I don't remember what they charged though. Any cell phone repair shop will change it for you. It will cost you more than if you do it yourself but better safe than sorry... View More

    ‌I still think you can call and get on that plan. Just make sure you call during the week before 8pm Central time and hope you get a person from Witchita. You'll know because they don't have an accent....lol. Really nice people.

    Best shut her down. I couldn't tell you why other than the battery is over heating. Might be a bad battery. Have it replaced before you damage your phone. Just my humble opinion.
