Governor Kathy Hochul signed transportation legislation Wednesday that would mandate some drivers have to place a device in their car.

    Isn't that a bit discriminatory? She is discriminating against people that may not have good driving skills that don't meet DEMTURD standards. I don't see how that is Constitutional but then again it's New York. Normal thinking doesn't seem to work up there.
