    Why the hell does he need a civilian arms group????? He says he developing one ! This is something that should be looked into ... I'll see what I can find out , but I encourage, any x-millitary out there to reach out if able to find out about the purpose of this group he says he developing!

    A "Civilian Arms Group" would have no restrictions that our military has, they can work anywhere, especially here within the U.S. Mercenaries paid by us to fight and kill us.
