A lawsuit was filed in the fall of 2021 requesting $400,000 for causing “emotional injury” to the boy. This is just me speaking for myself but , I can look at most people and assess if they are a threat, so how can any police officer NOT know approximately how old a person is ? Especially a 10 year old kid ?
I guess I just handle stuff from a different view!!!
