Body cam footage captured April 16, 2021 showing a Pittsfield Township, Michigan police officer detaining a 10-year-old boy who was riding in a car with his father. A lawsuit was filed in the fall of 2021 requesting $400,000 for causing “emotional injury” to the boy.     This is just me speaking for myself but , I can look at most people and assess if they are a threat, so how can any police officer NOT know approximately how old a person is ? Especially a 10 year old kid ? I guess I just handle stuff from a different view!!!

    Just my $.02 - Doesn't matter how old anyone is. I've seen young kids pull grenades from their coats and older women attack an officer with a kitchen knife.
