Traditional Mead Recipe:
3/4 Gallon of Clean Water
2 Pounds of Any Honey
2.5 Grams of Wine Yeast (or Bread Yeast)
Steps to make a mead:
1.) Sanitize everything extremely well!
2.) Mix your ingredients
3.) Take a gravity reading and write it down
4.) Pitch your yeast into the mead and store in a place to start fermenting
Fermentation should take 14 - 20 days
5.) Check your gravity and rack when it's done fermenting
6.) Optional - Stabilize and Backsweeten if you want it sweeter
7.) Bottling time!

    I have a vinometer that measures the alcohol content of wine. I made a batch of raspberry wine that was 16% alcohol. I understand getting buzzed after one glass. LOL

    here is my latest brew raspberry cotton candy wine I added 3 cups of Flossugar for cotton candy and 2 cups of regular sugar !
