August 10, 2021- At least one teacher resigned at the Loudoun County Public School board meeting over Policy 80-40 (Transgender students allowed to use opposite sex bathrooms and lockers without any parental consent) as well as Critical Race Theory and Mask Mandates.
While there were many LGBTQ+ advocates at the board meeting, it was clear that the majority of teachers, parents and even one vocal student were dead set against adoption of these radical #woke agendas. While many of the concerned parents were clearly of the #Christian faith, they were not alone and found many allies amongst #Democrats / Liberals as well; parents across the political spectrum appeared equally disturbed at this overly progressive policy shift.
