    My dad was a cop. The first thing they did wrong was approach the vehicle with someone in it. Two got out one didn't for a reason. Wouldn't have happened if the car had been vacated.

    doesn't matter. The infant is not permanently attached to the vehicle. I guess it depends on where you get stopped. Got stopped in Texas and they made everyone of us get out of the vehicle before they even got out from behind their car door.🇺🇸🐺
