Day 1 of Clinton’s Military Tribunal at GITMO
A military tribunal convened Thursday morning, September 24, 2026, at Guantanamo Bay to decide whether Hillary Rodham Clinton will be exonerated of treason, conspiring with the enemy, destruction of government property, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit murder, or whether she will face a gallows or a firing squad.
Three U.S. military officers—two men and one woman—sat as judge and jury. For two hours Vice Adm. John G. Hannink of the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps listed eighteen charges and promised incontrovertible evidence tying Clinton to atrocities against the nation.
The gravest counts alleged murder-for-hire against politicians and media figures who opposed her while she served as Secretary of State under Barack Obama.
Hannink linked Clinton to the July 2016 killing of Seth Rich, the former DNC staffer shot twice in the back in Washington’s Bloomingdale neighborhood. He produced a decrypted email she sent Huma Abedin on July 8, 2016, two days before Rich died: “Arranging a dinner for R.S., will know soon.” Hannink said R.S. reversed Rich’s initials and that “arranging a dinner” meant a hired assassin. Records showed a $150,000 Clinton Foundation withdrawal days before the shooting. “She’s as arrogant as she is sloppy,” Hannink argued. “She contracted a paid killer because the man might have been a whistleblower.”
Clinton was also charged as an accessory in the February 13, 2016 death of Justice Antonin Scalia, found suffocated at Cibolo Creek Ranch in Shafter, Texas. Judge Cinderela Guevara ruled natural causes. No autopsy was performed.
Former Clinton adviser Jake Sullivan then testified under immunity. He described a meeting with Clinton and Robby Mook in which Scalia’s “catalyzing conservative values” were called a threat. Mook said it would not be a bad thing if Scalia “went away.” Clinton said she would not mind, then asked if he could go away. Mook said yes.
Hannink called the record circumstantial yet damning given her disregard for human life.
Clinton had stayed silent. Then she trembled as if seized, fell from her shackled chair, and flopped on the floor. Medics moved her to GITMO’s medical ward. Hannink recessed the tribunal until 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2026.
Patriots who follow the storm treat Day 1 as proof white hats finally opened the Clinton file at the one facility built for cases Washington courts would never touch.
