Yes, this is true. The Georgia (Fulton County) election interference / racketeering case against Donald Trump related to the 2020 election was officially dropped and dismissed in November 2025.
After Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was disqualified (due to an appearance of impropriety from her relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade), Pete Skandalakis (executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia) took over the case. On or around November 26, 2025, he moved to drop all remaining charges against Trump and the other defendants. Judge Scott McAfee then dismissed the case in its entirety.
This ended the last remaining criminal case against Trump stemming from the 2020 election. Multiple major outlets (AP, NPR, BBC, New York Times, and others) reported the dismissal at the time, and later coverage (into 2026) has treated it as settled, including discussions of legal fee recovery efforts.
