THE MOTHER OF ALL REFORMS
Guys, let's be honest. We can say all the bad things we want about the European Union. We can criticize the officials, the improvised bureaucrats, the obscure regulations, and the rivers of ink spent over the years. Fine, let's criticize.
However, in the face of geopolitical greatness, we must be able to recognize merits. And Europe has given birth to what will go down in history as the Mother of All Reforms: the cork attached to the bottle.
Let's put things in perspective:
USA: They invest billions in Artificial Intelligence.
China: It conquers the electric car markets.
European Union: It solves the real drama of humanity, namely the cork that flies away on the beach and gets lost in the sand.
It took years and years of complex bilateral meetings, nighttime summits, international mediations, and reforms upon reforms. No other great power on Earth had ever succeeded in doing this, but Europe did it.
Think about the practical implications of this engineering miracle:
• No more corks lost in the void.
• The risk of swallowing the cork by mistake? Eliminated.
• The absolute convenience of taking a sip of water while the flexible plastic flap tries to blind your right eye or gets stuck in your nose.
So okay, the EU may have also done its damage, but this epic conquest will be etched in the history books for centuries to come. Proud of this epochal turning point!
