    Yeah, THE DREADED CLUTCH!! I can drive stick--while eating pizza! It just smelled so good I couldn't help myself. LOL!! you need all 4 limbs to drive stick. right hand shifts gears, left hand on the wheel, right foot on the gas and clutch and the left foot on the brake. LOL!! it's fun.

    ‌I tried to teach my second wife how to drive a stick. I had a 48 Plymouth with fluid drive, you only needed to use the clutch to put it in first, second & third were just put in the right position. She couldn't do it.     ‌ What was it, 17 forward gears or something like that? I can't remember.

    ‌18 forward gears and 3 in reverse. Only time I ever used the clutch was to start stop and reverse. Rest of the time I shifted on RPMs, engine sound, and ground speed. And I knew when I started getting tired because my rhythm would start getting out of sync.
