🇺🇸 JUSTICE PREVAILS. A student proudly flew an American flag from the back of his truck — and his school called it “divisive imagery.” They suspended him. They tried to force him off campus. When he refused to leave his own truck, they arrested him for trespassing. But then he got in front of a judge… And the judge TORCHED the school’s entire case. The school argued: “He was suspended… he was no longer allowed on school property. Refusing to leave is trespass.” The student stood his ground: “I didn’t trespass, Your Honor. I was sitting in my own truck in the parking lot. The principal told me to take the flag down or leave. I told him I have a First Amendment right to be there, and I’m not moving.” And the judge delivered a constitutional beatdown: “You can’t trespass a student for exercising protected speech in a parking lot.” “The suspension was unconstitutional… the trespassing order is void. I have to dismiss this.” Then the judge added the knockout punch: “And if you tow his truck, I will charge you with theft.” 🔥 BOOM. The school tried to punish patriotism.
