I did not realize that Erika Kirk was at the event with their two children when Charlie Kirk was shot! Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a Turning Point USA speaking event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Erika Kirk, his wife, was present at the event alongside their two young children, as she often accompanied him to such engagements and was mentioned in statements from officials and witnesses referring to the Kirk family being there. She later delivered tearful public remarks from Arizona, vowing to continue his legacy, but her location at the time of the shooting was the university campus.
