    The old shows are so much better.. real life like situations. Real like fixes.. Tomorrow I have a TV /couch date at 3pm. War Of the World's is on. The original not the lousy remake.

    ‌Never saw that. Saturday Matinee at the Community Theater was usually the Singing and dancing kind. Dan Daily, Ann Miller, Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Donald O'Conner so many more. Went overseas in '57 so movies were very limited after that.

    ‌What was the name of the show with Vic Morrow? It was about an Army platoon. How about Jack Webb and Harry Morgan, Dragnet? I use to snick the radio under the covers and hold close to my ear and listen to Dragnet on the radio. Must have been 9 or 10 yrs old.
