    I also believe local municipalities should not be allowed to "Appraise" the value of a homestead every year and increase the tax rate based on sales of surrounding homes.     libtards never met a tax they didnt like. The geniuses in Pensyl in any vote you like elvania are hitting residents with a $900 a year tax penalty if they drive more than 200 miles a week. I'd be running from that state like I ran from Michigan and like commiefornia residents are running!
