The Constitution was written for America and the American citizen; it was not written for an Illegal Immigrant who is a criminal and in this country illegally! They are not entitled to or have any rights in this country, that's not what our soldiers fought to defended and died for! Period case over!! The Preamble to the United States Constitution establishes the foundational principles and intentions of the document. It begins with the phrase "We the People," emphasizing that the Constitution derives its authority from the CITIZENRY the whole body of CITIZENS. The Preamble outlines the following six goals: 1. Form a more perfect Union: This goal signifies the desire to create a stronger and more unified nation, replacing the weak federal government under the Articles of Confederation. 2. Establish Justice: The Constitution aims to ensure a fair and just legal system for all CITIZENS. • 3. Insure domestic Tranquility: This goal seeks to maintain peace and order within the country, preventing internal conflicts and unrest. 4. Provide for the common defence: The Constitution aims to protect the nation from external threats, both military and economic. 5. Promote the general Welfare: This goal emphasizes the government's responsibility to improve the well-being of its citizens. 6. Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity: This is the overarching goal of the Constitution, aiming to safeguard individual liberties for the current generations and future ones.
