The Constitution was written for America and the American CITIZEN, it was not written for an Illegal Immigrant who is a criminal the moment he enters this country illegally! ILLEGAL immigrants are not entitled to or have any rights in this country, that's not what our soldiers fought to defended and died for! Period case over!! It is composed of a Preamble, seven articles, and 27 amendments. The Constitution was written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and has been in operation since 1789.
