    Yes, this is it and they are allowing illegals in to add Congressional seats. Illegals are counted on the census which is used to determine how many Congressional seats a state has.

    ‌ And, hopefully, they'll all be deported for the next one. I don't think I've ever received a census. Guess I'll have to research that one.
