Why is it that when a Democrat takes action, there's often silence from the left, but if a Republican does something similar to enhance national security, Democrats respond with outrage and anger? Did you know that under Obama, over 3 million people were deported, with 75–83% of them never seeing a judge or having a chance to plead their case? Most were removed through expedited processes at the border, with no court hearing or trial involved. This isn’t just an issue with Obama; under Clinton and Bush, as well, millions were deported without judicial oversight. Due process seems to apply only when a Republican, like Donald Trump, is in charge. So I ask: Where was the outrage during those administrations? Where were the protests against Obama, Clinton, or Bush? This was standard practice in many presidencies before Trump. No president in U.S. history has ever been required to obtain permission from the courts—or anyone else—to defend the sovereignty of the nation's borders. Why is it suddenly a problem now?
