Hitler put Jews, Christians, LGBTQ individuals, the physically and mentally disabled, Roma (gypsies), Poles and other Slavic peoples, Jehova's Witnesses, and members of political opposition groups to death. The swastika is the broken Cross! So please tell me who’s more like Hitler? HITLER eliminated all signs of Christianity from public and private life. Those that don't learn history, are doomed to repeat it. Hitler replaced the cross of Christ with a broken cross or Swastika which adorned the German churches. Christmas was turned into Yuletide festival with carols and Nativity plays being BANNED in 1938. PAGANISM Easter was observed as the celebration of spring instead of the risen Christ. PAGANISM Crosses could not be displayed in schools or on public property. Private schools were abolished and only public schools remained with textbooks promoting Nazi ideology were forced to take a loyalty oath to Hitler or be dismissed. The Nazi regime intended eventually to destroy Christianity in Germany, if it could, and substitute the old paganism of the early Germanic gods and the new paganism of the Nazi extremists."
