AKA The Old Neighborhood. There were 12 ft. wide sidewalks wherever you went. Street were at most 40 ft. across. Houses sat on lots that were 25 ft. to 50 ft. wide. Houses were 3 to 5 stories tall. They had basements & attics. Some of them had 2 or 3 apartments. Some of them had store fronts.
