And there it is, holy crap… LA Fire Department canceled fire hydrant testing a few weeks ago, citing "fiscal challenges” didn't have enough budget money! Remember, LA Mayor Bass recently cut over $17.6 million from LAFD! This fire is the fault of failed Democrat leadership, and Californians should be pissed. Please note: They have enough money for an LAFD DEl Bureau and DEl chief. Unbelievable.
