Flashback: Hoda Muthana’s 2015 Call for Islamic Terror Now Echoes in New Orleans In 2015, Hoda Muthana, now known as "Umm Jihad," an American-born ISIS member, tweeted: "Go on drive-bys and spill all of their blood, or rent a big truck and drive all over them. Veterans, Patriot, Memorial etc Day parades... Kill them." Today, in New Orleans, we witnessed another Muslim answer this call, driving a van into a crowd while proudly displaying his Islamic State flag. The terrorist attack unfolding before us is the direct result of years of ISIS propaganda spread by individuals like Muthana, who used her platform to incite violence worldwide. Their playbook remains the same, from Nice to Berlin and now to New Orleans.
