    I was 8 yrs. old when JFK was shot. I remember that day because mom cried.

    ‌I was eight too, saw my third grade teacher come out of the teachers lounge at lunchtime, she was crying, they sent us all home. My mom and baby sister were both crying. Watched it all unfold on our black and white tv. Sad time for our country.
