A Scientific Dissent from Darwinism -
Some arguments that are used to refute Darwinism include:
The fossil record
The fossil record is inconsistent with Darwin's prediction of gradual evolution. The fossil record shows that new groups of organisms with new body plans can appear within a short period of time, which is too short for Darwinian evolution to explain.
Geological history
Geological history is marked by long periods of stability punctuated by major ecological changes, which casts doubt on Darwin's theory.
Religious objections
The idea that species change over time through natural processes and share common ancestors contradicts the Genesis account of Creation.
Lack of explanation
Darwin's theory doesn't explain the effect of use and disuse, the presence of vestigial organs, or how instincts are acquired and modified.
Lab experiments
None of the major steps of evolution have ever been recapitulated in a lab.
