    AND NO RADIOs telling us our schools were closed. Found out being out on that school corner 3 blocks from our homes when a parent shouted out "NO SCHOOL!"

    I remember later on each school had a "NUMBER: and we listened to the radio to hear our school number to find out we had a snow day!

    ‌Growing up in Southern California we had smog days. They were rated at different levels. Usually ment no P.E. at school, however a couple times school was canceled. 😊
