PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ...This is a barnacle. I had 7 of them on me, this was the biggest. Had to go to the dermatologist 3 times and have them frozen b4 they all finally came off. They come with age. This one I had 9 yrs on my shoulder. {Enlarged the picture so it can be better seen.}
