As much as I despise the Biden Crime Family, I have to stay honest to my Conservative beliefs and say that "I hope the government's case against Hunter Biden falls flat and he's found Not Guilty." I adhere to ONE Constitution. That's our basic, founding document. The Second Amendment says... "The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear Arms, Shall NOT Be Infringed." The "We Hate Guns" (and the Constitution) crowd... the Democrat/Communists... keep making "their laws" that prohibit Constitutionalists from exercising their 2-A rights. IMO, ALL of these chickenshit "gun laws" are unconstitutional. All of them. "Shall Not Be INFRINGED!" Simply, but historically written. If you want to dismantle the political problem, go after George Soros, Klaus Schwab, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer and all of the other Democrat/Communists who are THE PROBLEM.

I didn't look at his trial from a 2nd amendment standpoint. I got blinded by his smarmy, disgusting persona. You're right. the left could use Hunters trial to take down the 2nd amendment. (not without a civil war though).
