Jack Smith is in this job illegally, read the Appointments clause of the US Constitution, he should have been picked by biden, not DOJ garland & then confirmed by congress & senate=HE WAS NOT! so he is illegally "representing" the fed government as a reg citizen--DOJ also put fed attorneys into each prosecutor office that had Trump cases---this is collusion--illegal....seems like everything this administration does is ILLEGAL, just like the ILLEGAL 2020 ELECTION....
