SCAM EXPOSED: "Critical Infrastructure", voting machines and our counties! The Number Portability Administrator Center (NPAC) is the largest system of databases containing ported telephone numbers globally with 1 billion telephone numbers associated with around 1600 Service Providers and Providers of Telecom-Related Services (PTRS). The Department of Commerce oversees the FCC which regulates the Local Number Portability Administrator (LNPA). This Administrator oversees the Number Portability one, run by iconectiv. Iconectiv is a subsidiary of Ericsson. Ericsson is a foreign company, headquartered in Sweden. Why is iconectiv, which is a subsidiary of Ericsson a foreign company, overseeing our USA critical infrastructure entities of LNPA and NPAC? The voting machines connected to cell phone towers/services, to the internet, use these communication systems these Administrators oversee.
I've published in pervious tweets how the federal government is watching all digital data going into our counties. And I mean all of it! They are doing this using Albert Sensors, Falcon software monitoring via Crowdstrike (yes that Crowdstrike: Hillary Clinton's home closet servers, where Crowdstrike told the FBI 'nope, you can't have these servers' and hid them from the FBI in a warehouse. CrowdStrike, reporting to Attorney Sussmann of Perkins Coie law firm, provided forensics to the FBI but would not let the FBI examine the servers themselves.) Note sometimes the Albert Sensor is at the state level. Citizens - send in a public records request to your county. Ask them you want to see any contracts/agreements between the county and Crowdstrike, add in any contracts between the county and: CIS, CISA, EI-ISAC, any document with the name Falcon on it, any document with the name Albert Sensor on it. Send to your county Clerk and copy the county's IT Director. We have found sometimes the IT person signs the agreement and never informs the County Clerk, let alone the elected Supervisors. Read the contracts if any are provided to you, let your elected Supervisor know. Key: look for language in the contract(s) where the county has given all their IP (internet protocol) numbers to any of the above named entitles - as each one of them one way or another is the federal government. We have yet to see a single elected county supervisor even know these contracts were entered into by their own county employees. The ones we have obtained show the county is to give one or more of these entities all their IP addresses, its crazy. In short, the federal government is monitoring all digital data going into your county, and they can see all going out if they wanted. It is very possible they can see the vote counts on election days or at least nights. ***Critical Infrastructure cannot have a foreign company involved to the degree Erriccson is in this situation. Thus, all ES&S, Dominion and the others which do connect to a phone line, cell service or internet are uncertifiable. Approximately 30 Wisconsin counties out of 72 are connecting to cell service, which uses the internet. Whereby they are in violation of federal laws - for one annual FISMA reporting requirements. Have to ask, are any of our military bases, nuclear power plants, electrical grids using these communications lines? If yes, all are in violation of FISMA requirements, NIST standards too I'll add.
