    I read this morning that he has imposed a special tax on anyone moving out of Commieforia, I don't know if it is true or not but I wouldn't doubt it.

    T‌his is true. As of 2024, individuals & businesses that move from California to another state will have to pay a 1.5% tax. For those who stay, there is also a state income tax of up to 13%, a corporation tax of ~9%, & a sales tax which varies between 7% & 10% depending upon location.
