    Our snow is gone, Raining for three days. We need a good snow pack and slow thaw for our county. Live in a large agri county so, all even us none farm types think about the agri needs.

    ‌A yes, that wind chill factor! I keep my living room curtains closed because the slightest windy it comes straight at that big old window. Thsi place was built in 1965 and has no updating.

    ‌Understand. Our house is nearly 40 years old. I would love to get new windows throughout and insulation too!

    ‌ I wish remodeling was in the budget. It's not! We've done small things here and there. Not nearly enough! No maintenance was about the only thing I enjoyed about living in an apartment.

    ‌That started a bit ata time back in mid to late 90's while my husband I still worked full time and all but one kid was out on their own. I finished the windows after hubby passed in 2002 and had a bigger porch built on back. 2016 I gave it over to granddaughter.

    ‌My goal this year is to get a bathroom remodeled, preferably the guest bathroom. That sucker is so ugly and outdated that I hate to have anyone over.
