2nd Amendment

Once again, the progressives are attacking our Second Amendment rights with CA Senate Bill 2. Unfortunately, this bill was reinstated in the appellate court. It is another egregious example of gun control. Gun owners will now have to see written notification in most public places to carry. These changes are a direct assault on our Second Amendment rights. "The law was intended as a spiteful Bruen revenge bill aka malicious compliance. The Ninth Circuit Court of appeals, the most liberal federal appeals court in the nation, first granted an injunction against the law, then on December 30th, stayed the injunction, meaning SB 2 goes into effect January 1, 2024."
