    No sht there. They think we live in a mansion on 100 acres but we actually live in a plain house on .17 acres in a sheethole suberb!

    Yes, the Real Estate market has taken somewhat of a downturn, but thanks to God I'm surviving doing other things, e.g. Interior Design, Politics among other endeavors.     ‌Real estate is overpriced here too. It's nice that values have gone up, but if I tried to buy my house for the appraised amount I wouldn't be able to afford it!
