David Grisham, a minister in Amarillo, Texas, stood outside a school with a sign that said that "Santa is fake, Jesus is real."
Teachers at the school were outraged, and called the police. The police did not make an arrest because Mr. Grisham was not committing a crime. He was standing on a public sidewalk and was not blocking foot traffic.
The words on his sign were things that he believed to be true. In other words, he became these people's enemy by telling them the truth (Gal. 4:16).
