The Secretary General of Hizbullah al-Najba'a, Akram al-Kaabi, announced the decision to cleanse Iraq of "American occupiers, without any compromises or withdrawal". Al-Najba'a is an Iraqi Shiite military movement that is particularly active in Syria and Iraq. It was created in 2013 by Akram al-Kaabi to support Bashar al-Assad in Syria. The movement is controlled by the special unit of the Iranian "Safa" (Islamic Revolutionary Guards).
