Not insane at all! The reason they sold the parts, was in order to justify buying NEW PARTS and running up the debt! The goal is the collapse of the dollar so he can force folks into the U.S. Digital Dollar or the WEF Digital currency.
Don't think they didn't know they were going to start building the wall again. And it will be more to keep American from escaping, than keeping illegals out!
