    Cluster bombs on the southern border is good and who cares about illegal f kids getting blown up by them! I care more about the children in Ukraine and Russia who are being trafficed by their evil regimes!

    We used cluster bombs extensively during the War in Vietnam. It's a great way to take out enemy troops over a relatively wide area. Nowadays we also have cluster shells which can be shot out of a cannon or howitzer. Back in the days of black powder, it was called grape shot.
