    When a young person starts smoking pot on a regular basis, it retards the brains' developement. I have a family member who started regularly smoking at 14 years of age. Now at 42, he is still that young dumb teenage kid. The brain doesn't mature until +/- 25 years of age.

    I‌ agree. With me, it was my father (in the 1970s) when everything was available. Plus he was good at imparting 'drug' information. We called him Doc. LOL
