As we repent from our unwillingness to act on your behalf in the past and pray for An explosion of truth and righteousness that will evaporate the works of Satan and his minions. Show us your power, O LORD GOD, for such a time as this, your people await that Power and submit to Thy Will as promised by Thy Son, Jesus Christ. James Harrison ⛪ ✝📖 www.NaturalFamilyStrong.com ======================================================== April 28, 2023 Mr. Thomas Homan City Manager, Delaware, Ohio City council members; Re: New Banner/Flag Program In March of 2022 and then again this past March 2023, I have asked/petitioned/requested this city to consider celebrating the Natural Family from Mother's Day thru Father's Day in hopes that by promoting this Best Family Practice the City of Delaware, Ohio would offer a much needed light, not just to this community but to the entire state . . and nation from American's Heartland. Before my speech on 3.13.2023, (~about 25 minute mark) officially asking once again for this Celebration, I had checked with Kim Gepper in February who advised me as she had on May 12th of last year our City of Delaware Flag and Banner Application - Natural Family Foundation has been voided for the following reason: "Voiding as the City is reviewing their Flag/Banner Policy". At that point, Kim noted that they still were not accepting any applications at that time. I beseeched that if it were to change would she would please make a note to contact me. She advised me to "keep my eye open for upcoming City Council meetings because they are expected to review it again soon." Which I did. I inquired with Kim Gepper early this morning and was informed that at this point and time the city is still working on the details for the new policy; and at this point and time, there still is no process for officially requesting our "Natural Family Celebration" while Mother's Day is rapidly approaching! Please advise as to what the "new" process is so that I might officially request that the Natural Family celebration once again be considered. Thanks in advance for your consideration in this matter.
