Between 1910 & 1970, ~6 million Black Americans left the southern states of Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, South Carolina, etc. for the northern states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New York, etc.

JimJimmyJames
Over 30 thousand relocated to Pittsburgh. Over 100 thousand relocated to Detroit. Over half a million relocated to Chicago. But why did any of them remain within the USA, with its Systemic Racism & White Supremacism?

JimJimmyJames
If they were going to go to all of the trouble of moving several hundred, or even over a thousands of miles, why not go all the way, & continue on to Liberia, which was an independent Black ruled country since 1847?

Spot on Exactly! One Screwed up bunch of NAZI Brainwashed Morons! Wake up People and Fight for Your Freedom instead of fighting for Your NAZI Dictator’s !!!!!

JimJimmyJames
Why didn’t they simply relocate to the tropical island paradise of Haiti, which was an independent Black ruled country since 1804?

JimJimmyJames
Why didn’t they return to Ethiopia, the only Black African nation that had never known the yoke of European colonization?

JimJimmyJames
Was it because, despite it all, staying in America was still the best option available to them?
