This is a Ham Sandwich. As the saying goes, "Any Prosecutor, especially a Black Communist Prosecutor (posing as an American Democrat) who hates HAM, (maybe for religious reasons) can "indict" that Ham sandwich for any reason he chooses. Getting a CONVICTION against that Ham sandwich, is another story. Alvin Bragg has turned America's judicial system into that of a "Banana Republic."
